Founded 1980 Amaterra is a not-for-profit charitable organization. Through our "micro grants" we support education and research projects that focus on the preservation and improvement of our natural resources. We support projects that emphasize community and the intrinsic value of the Earth. We welcome you and hope you enjoy exploring our site. If, after reading about some of our past and present projects, you have any suggestions we would love to hear from you. If you feel moved to encourage us we certainly would love to have you join our other members -- there is no cost. Email: contactus@amaterra.org.
